Terms
The short version, in plain English. Last updated June 23, 2026.
What LifeHouse OS is.
A private workspace where AI staff help you organize your house, family, paperwork, and life. You stay in charge — staff suggest, you approve.
Your account is yours.
You own everything you put in. You can export or delete it at any time. We will not sell it.
What we ask of you.
Don't use LifeHouse OS to harm anyone, store illegal content, or impersonate someone else. Don't try to break the system or scrape other residents' data.
Staff are AI assistants — not professionals.
Staff replies are helpful drafts, summaries, and reminders. They are not legal, medical, tax, financial, or psychological advice. Confirm important decisions with the right licensed professional. Clara is not a clinician. The Legal & Protection room is not your lawyer. Ledger is not your CPA. Vehicle care notes are not a mechanic's inspection.
Outbound actions need your approval.
Nothing leaves your house — no email sent, no calendar invite, no purchase — without your explicit sign-off from the approvals queue.
Beta.
LifeHouse OS is in beta. Features may change, break, or be reset before public launch. Token top-ups are free during beta; that will change at MVP launch. We will tell you before any change that costs you money.
Marketplace.
Local vendor listings are curated leads, not endorsements. LifeHouse is not a party to any work you arrange with a vendor.
No warranty.
We work hard to keep LifeHouse OS available and accurate, but we provide it "as is." We're not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes.
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
