Privacy
This page is maintained by the LifeHouse OS team to answer common questions about how your house's information is handled. It is plain-English; the legal version lives in the Terms. Last updated June 23, 2026.
Your house is private to your house.
Everything you upload, save, or tell a staff member — documents, photos, voice notes, family details, health entries, vehicle records, contacts, calendars, inventory — is stored in your account and visible only to you and to people you explicitly invite into your house. Other LifeHouse residents cannot see your information. Beta testers and admins cannot see your private drawers, vault, or chats.
Staff are AI and they have a memory.
The staff (Iris, Hearth, Ledger, Clara, and the rest) are AI personas. Each one keeps a conversation history with you so they can pick up where you left off. They share a short list of House Facts only when you explicitly approve a fact for sharing — otherwise each staff member's memory of you is siloed to their own room.
What we collect.
Your account email and name; anything you submit through forms or chat; uploads you place in rooms or the Vault; usage signals needed to keep the app working (which rooms you visited, token usage, error reports). We do not sell or rent your data.
Subprocessors.
Hosting, database, and authentication are provided by Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure). AI replies are routed through the Lovable AI Gateway. Voice (text-to-speech) is provided by ElevenLabs when enabled. Payments — including the forthcoming token top-ups — run through Stripe; LifeHouse never stores your full card number. We add subprocessors only as needed and update this page when we do.
Outbound messages need your approval.
When a staff member drafts an outbound email, calendar event, or external action, it sits in your Front Hall approvals until you approve it. Nothing leaves your house without your sign-off.
Specialty rooms are not regulated services.
The Health & Care Suite is not a HIPAA-covered service and Clara is not a clinician. The Legal & Protection room does not provide legal advice. Bills, Budgets, and Ledger do not provide tax, accounting, or financial-advisory services. Always confirm important decisions with the right licensed professional.
Marketplace and Local Vendors.
Vendor listings are curated by the LifeHouse admin team. LifeHouse is not a party to any transaction or service relationship between you and a listed vendor.
Deleting your house.
You can delete any item from any room at any time. To delete your entire account and every record tied to it, write to the team from the Help page; we will remove your data within 30 days.
Beta caveats.
LifeHouse OS is in beta. Some features (email delivery, push notifications, paid top-ups) are still being wired up. We will tell you which features are live as they land. Beta data may be reset before public launch if we say so explicitly.
